What is Clean Origin’s Warranty?
Clean Origin offers customers a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty, along with a guarantee that the shipped item will be free from any manufacturing defect at the time of delivery.
However, if the jewelry or lab grown diamonds has any signs of a manufacturing defect, you can ship the item(s) back to Clean Origin.
If they determine the item to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect, then Clean Origin will repair, replace, or substitute the item for you at no additional cost.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft.
A few other examples that aren’t considered as manufacturing defects are:
The discoloration of precious metals from chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools, hot-tubs, or baths.
Normal wear and tear of precious metals, including prongs
Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear
The loss of a gemstone or center stone caused by everyday wear
One thing to note is that a $50 fee is applied as a deposit when you send an item to Clean Origin for inspection and repairs.
Whether the team chooses to continue with repairs that are or aren’t covered by the warranty, or whether you decided to not proceed with the repairs after being notified by their repair team, the $50 fee will still apply.
This fee either applies as the initial payment for repairs, or it applies as your shipping fee.

What is Clean Origin’s Return Policy?
Clean Origin offers an industry-best 100 day return policy.
Not happy with your purchase? You have 100 days to exchange or get a refund – no questions asked!
But keep in mind that not all returns are eligble for a refund or exchange.
For instance, if the lab diamonds are damaged by wear and tear or negligence, then you won’t be covered.
As long as the lab created diamonds and overall product is in its original condition, the 100 days give you plenty of time to decide incase you change your mind.

What is Clean Origin’s Shipping Policy?
Clean Origin offers free shipping both ways (delivery and return shipping).
This is not to be confused with the return shipping for inspection and repairs which requires a $50 deposit.
How long does the free shipping take?
Clean Origin uses FedEx Standard Overnight to get you your delivery by the next business day!
If you’re located outside the United States, shipping may take longer depending on where you are.
And customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, surcharges, and VAT.
